Most applications end in silence. Not because recruiters are cruel, but because writing forty individual rejection letters is a day of work nobody has, and a bad letter feels worse than none. So the queue grows and everyone gets ghosted.

politehr.me writes the letter. You give it the CV, the job posting and a tone; it gives you something specific, human and short enough to actually send. Then you argue with it — warmer, shorter, less corporate — until it sounds like a person you would want to hear from.

It is built by people who have been on both sides of that email, and it is deliberately not a hiring platform, an ATS or an AI recruiter. It writes one kind of message, and it tries to write it well.
